| Alberese and Maremma Park (Uccellina Park) |

Alberese is located in the splendid setting of the Maremma Natural Park just a short distance from Argentario; it is considered the antechamber of the Maremma natural park.
Albarese was only recently developed, and it is linked to the Opera Nazionale Combattenti (National Combatants Foundation); this land, which was confiscated after 1918 from an Austrian Nobleman, was assigned to the foundation. This resulted in numerous families from the Veneto region relocating in the Maremma area to reclaim this land and develop it in agricultural terms, transforming Alberese into its current garden-like state.
